Contribute to Earth Healing through meditation

Each of the attached downloads contains and audio file and a text file for an Earth healing meditation with a specific purpose of its own. You can either transfer the audio file to a player or CD and use it as a guided meditation or you might prefer to read through the text and meditate using it as a basic guide for your own meditation. You might also wish to use these to run group meditations using the audio as a guided meditation or by reading the text to your group in meditation.
