Natural crystals and minerals contain the consciousness of the Earth. They stimulate our energy field to remember those frequencies that require release as well as prompting us to expand our awareness. During a healing session, I use crystals to manoeuvre channelled energy to release blocks from body meridians, restore energetic balance, stimulate chakras and cleanse the etheric, mental, emotional and physical body.

Wounds in the etheric body are often found. They cause comfort zones, repetitive cycles of struggle, and lack of direction in life. After these are sealed and the old belief systems are released, there is a greater level of vitality, enthusiasm and a greater sense of purpose.
